Novozymes, the world’s largest producer of industrial enzymes, and Beta Renewables, a leader in cellulosic biofuels and part of Italy’s Mossi & Ghisolfi group, announced an agreement late last year to jointly market cellulosic biofuel solutions.

Felda achieves US$3.3bn in IPO. Shares in Malaysian palm oil giant, Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd, surged as high as 20% on the day of its initial public offering (IPO) on 28 June, Reuters reports.
