Nextgreen Global Bhd’s wholly-owned Malaysian unit has formed a joint venture with P Teguh Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia to trade, supply and export biodiesel, used cooking oil (UCO) and related products.

“The joint venture aims to capitalise on the trading and export potential of biodiesel, edible cooking oil, and related products while adhering to a circular economy model that maximises the value of palm oil waste,” Nextgreen was quoted as saying by the Malaysian Reserve on 11 October.

As well as trading, supplying and exporting oils, the joint venture would also be involved in other related products including equipment and facilities, depot construction and other related businesses, Nextgreen said on its website.
